  • Kate Brink was recently accepted to participate in the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association’s Inn of Court mentorship program. The program involves monthly, team-led presentations that address a variety of issues related to the practice of law. She is looking forward to meeting and learning from all of the participating attorneys and judges.

  • Daniel Cortez served as a volunteer attorney in a mock trial held at Walton Charter Academy in Pontiac on September 17. The mock trial, which reenacted a recent Supreme Court case, was presented before more than 150 students as part of the Constitution Day presentation by the Oakland County Bar Association. He is also part of the bar association’s ongoing program that puts on mock trials in courtrooms across the region for young students, with the students playing the roles of attorneys, witnesses and jury members.

  • Daniel Dalton recently spoke at Leadership Macomb at Selfridge Airforce Base on the impact of government on land use and zoning issues.

  • Zana Tomich was named a 2013 Super Lawyers Rising Star by Super Laweyrs®. The annual publication recognizes the top attorneys in Michigan.
